Im new... be gentle with me...
At 39 years of age im doing something new.... eek! not sure how all this is going to work but as 2010 draws to a close and i reflect and look forward, i wanted to write things down, for my daughter to read in future years (better change the names to protect the innocent then:-) )......
A bit about me.... well ive been married for a year and half now and its pretty wonderful. waited a long time to meet my hubby and wish it could have been sooner but you cant have everything can you?? I have a fab step son and a truly amazing daughter what more could i wish for.... Hmmm to be a size 10! Perhaps that is my goal for 2011!
It will be my 40th year... how scary is that - i still feel 30! (what a CRAP year that was). I met some great new friends this year, first and 2nd time mummies and experienced some true friendships... there are also others that maybe i need to lose from my life, who knows...
Its 22.40 and here i am enjoying a lovely glass of Rioja with my hubby and waiting to bring in 2011... i cant wait to go to bed LOL.... since my little one has been born my hubby and i have aged about 90 years and sleep was a luxury. I hope that the next nine months bring more sleep!!
